Etched in the stars by the almighty crane, Grus summoned this rag tag team from the Earth realm in order to conquer in the name of Grus. Team Limbo was forged as the team that would take on purgatory and make it quacky (bugs may have been involved at some point too. But who remembers 🤷♀️)

Four lectures at Abertay University randomly picked 9 folks from 3 different game development disciplines and founded Team Limbo (or Limbo for short). The team had five 2nd Year Game Design and Production students, three 2nd Year Computer Arts students and one Masters in Computer Games Technology. They had 13-15 weeks to develop an interactive medium using game technology and any tools and the teams available skills to hopefully build an amazing creative product.
One of the first games they ideated were RIP Productions, a creative film production simulation video game about Director Death producing films for the souls in limbo. And other game they ideated was Hereafter, a puzzle-platformer walking simulator video game about a kindred spirit find a child stuck in limbo.
